B.L.T. Clam Wrap

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Sauté clams in olive oil over medium heat until clams start to become firm and tender.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine clam meat and bacon.
  3. Lay each warm tortilla on a clean work surface.
  4. Brush mayonnaise on the tortilla; sprinkle lettuce and tomatoes over the tortilla.
  5. Top with 5 oz. of the clam meat and bacon mixture.
  6. Fold ends of the tortilla, roll and wrap.
Yield: 12 servings
