Clam Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 51 oz. can Sea Watch Chopped Clams, juice drained and reserved for thinning
- 1 ¼ lb. cream cheese (20oz.)
- 7 ½ cups sour cream
- black pepper, freshly ground
- 5 tbsp. lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic & onion salt (to taste)
- Approximately 22 drops Tabasco sauce
- Sprinkle of parsley
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- If necessary to thin dip, add clam juice liquid gradually.
- chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Delicious with chips, crackers, or fresh raw vegetables.
Yield: approximately 250 servings for a party of 25 people.
