Clams Fajita
- 1 lb Sea Watch Raw Super Surfer Clam Strips
- 1½ Cup of each, Red and Green Bell Pepper, julienned
- 1/4 of a Large White Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Paprika
- Saute peppers and onions in an iron skillet in the olive oil, add garlic and sprinkle with the fajita seasoning.
- Remove veggies when cooked and place clams in skillet, flavor with lime juice.
- Sprinkle with paprika and flip clams a couple of times until done.
- Place veggies on a platter and the clams on top.
- Serve with warm flour tortillas along with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and guacamole.
