Clams Fajita

  1. Saute peppers and onions in an iron skillet in the olive oil, add garlic and sprinkle with the fajita seasoning.
  2. Remove veggies when cooked and place clams in skillet, flavor with lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika and flip clams a couple of times until done.
  4. Place veggies on a platter and the clams on top.
  5. Serve with warm flour tortillas along with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and guacamole.
