Italian Clam Wrap
Ingredients:
- 12 - 4 oz. bags Sea Watch Clam Strips, prepare according to package directions
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
- 12 - 12" tomato flour tortillas, baked 2-3 minutes or warmed on a flat griddle for 15 seconds
Method:
- Lay each warmed tortilla on a clean work surface.
- Brush Caesar dressing on tortilla.
- Layer Cheese, lettuce and tomatoes over each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with 4 oz. of prepared clam strips.
- Fold ends of tortilla, roll and wrap.
