Linguine with Clams

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Sauté minced garlic and sweet red pepper in olive oil.
  2. Turn up heat and add wine and reserved clam juice.
  3. Cook until volume is reduced by half.
  4. Reduce heat and add Whole Ocean Clams, parsley and red pepper flakes.
  5. Serve over linguine.
