Sea Clam Bruschetta

Ingredients: Method:
  1. Slice baguette into thin slices.
  2. Toast them lightly.
  3. Saute the remaining ingredients until clams are cooked but still tender and juicy.
  4. Spoon moisture onto toasted baguette with slotted spoon.
  5. Lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the entire platter.
