Sea Clam Bruschetta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. SeaWatch IQF Chopped Sea Clams
- 2 Cups Tomatoes, diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp Basil, long chopped
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 large French baguette
- Slice baguette into thin slices.
- Toast them lightly.
- Saute the remaining ingredients until clams are cooked but still tender and juicy.
- Spoon moisture onto toasted baguette with slotted spoon.
- Lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the entire platter.
