Thai Basil Clams

  1. Saute garlic and onions in olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes, add peppers and cook for another minute.
  2. Add clam meat and stir-fry until clams are cooked.
  3. Add basil, soy sauce and starch.
  4. Let sauce thicken and serve over rice or wide noodles.
